What courses can I take?

Start with the basics if you are a beginner. This on demand platform is meant for you to explore yoga in all its variety and intensity. While the Dutch and English course are similar, they are not exact. Every teacher has their own approach. Try both courses. You can never do too much of the foundations in yoga!

Do I need membership to explore your classes?

No, you don't need a membership. You can purchase individual courses from the library. Let your body dictate your pace, let your soul guide you to the next step.
